Weights/Swimming

Yesterday, me and my bro went to the gym and then swimming. In the gym, we decided to work on our arms and our core. He showed me how to lift the weights, so I don't get injured and I don't get sore. We worked on our arms for about 30 minutes and then we went swimming in the pool. I thought I could swim, until I actually got in the pool and couldn't swim. But I was able to keep my balance and we chilled along with my uncle. After swimming, we went to a steam room and took a chill head shower. Couldn't take pictures because it wasn't allowed.

  1. I'm not sure if it is a translation issue but you SHOULD BE SORE after a good workout. If you aren't sore you aren't growing. :)

    1. Thank you for the advice. Yeah, I noticed that my muscles get a little harder than usual, 1 day after, and it's still sore. It means that it's still growing. It all makes sense now. Thanks!
