THREADMILL
This past weekend, I continued my treadmill routine. But this time, I did interval training but it wasn't timed. What I mean by that that, is I did it by feel. For Instance, I would run at 8-8.5 MPH (Increased it) and stop to get a drink of water. Afterwards, I would walk to regain my composure/momentum and go again. I felt more tired than usual, because instead of doing the treadmill last week, I went to the gym. On the summer, I plan to do 15-30 mins each day or every other day to get fit.
I like this. Thanks for posting. One thing to consider is to track the time of work and rest carefully… like we did the group run day on the lower field. :)
