Today's class was extremely fun! We played this game called "Dragon Tails" which John, our student-teacher introduced to us. At first, I thought the whole game was going to fail. The rules were, somewhat like football, but no tackling. You would have to tuck pennies to your back, and once pulled, you had to raise your hands in the air and walk away. Since we had no footballs, we used a rubber band, which had to be visible. I truly believe that this game, strengthened our bond as a whole class. For instance, we would have some people opening up and throwing out creative ideas. I was actually the first runner, I believe, and it was amazing. I didn't listen to any plans and just ran. I almost made it, I was about a centimeter away. Most team-mates would say I suck but they said It was a good try and clapped. This made me more and more engaged into the game. We had this strategy where, we would hide our hands behind our backs and run, Thus, the team name, The Sharks. Overall, enjoyable experience, Go Sharks!

Lacrosse
Lacrosse
Lacrosse was a game I've never played before and the ironic thing, is that it's Canada's national sport! When it was said that we would play lacrosse, I was confused as I didn't know what it was. When I gave it a try, I actually enjoyed it a lot. For instance, I enjoyed throwing it as far as I can to my teammates. I gave some assists and scored some points myself. I would definitely do lacrosse again, anytime, anyday! Overall, Im glad I enjoyed it and so did our whole class! Oh, we also had a student teacher from SFU, John come in. He was very friendly and nice.
