Yesterday, I ran on the treadmill, but this time I didn't feel tired. And it was because I had a bottle of water next to me, which I always forget to bring. I would run very fast, and jog/walk to drink some water and run again. So yesterday's treadmill run was basically an interval one, but it wasn't consistent, because I stopped only when I needed water. I tried to go beyond 7MPH and I ran at 7.5 this time. I could increase the level but I decided to keep it at 7.5 and increase per runs. And after the run, I tried to eat a reasonable amount of food! Next week, I will try to do an endurance training one.

I like that you are learning about interval vs cardio training. :) Which do you prefer? How does each one benefit your body?
ReplyDeleteI like both of them equally. Interval trains my body within a set time while cardio is more of an endurance training.
