STEEL Workout
On Thursday, October 23rd, we watched a workout video. I didn't like it that much, but it was not bad. I didn't like how most of the exercises weren't running, or energetic ones but it also helped me focus on things I don't usually do on fitness days like different ways to stretch , different types of cardio and strength exercises.
