Fitness Results

Push Ups: 15
Sit/Reach: 2
Max Vertical: 260 cm
T-test: 12 sec
Balance Boards: 2 sec
Body Bridge: 1 min
Beep Test: 7

It was pretty hard to go back to being fit after an extended summer, that's why my scores are not that great. But I will try my best and work hard to improve everyday, even though it's not that much of an improvement, it's still an improvement. I will get better scores on the upcoming beep tests as I will give it my all. One suggestion I would like to make would be to try to do beeeep teats outside when it is sunny as you would get plenty of fresh air and more space to run and have fun!

  1. nice information, but it would be great if you go into depth with your posts. digt a bit deeper; how did you feel? what can you do to improve? were you cheering on? etc.

  4. For your vertical we need the difference between your max jumping touch and your standing touch. Should work out to about 30-60cm. The balance board number is how many times the board touches the ground in 30 secs. So the less times you touch the ground the better balance you have. 10 total touches or less is very good. :)
